What makes CityView different from other event spaces?

CityView provides an environment that is unique and customizable for your event. There are multiple spaces available that can host a variety of meetings and events. We have state of the art Audio Visual technology ready for you to use. Our convenient location is just 10 minutes from the eastside, 6 minutes to the westside and within view of Downtown Evansville. Easy access from the Lloyd Expressway gives your guests the ability to follow simple directions.

How do I book CityView?

To reserve your date, you must sign CItyVIew’s contract and pay the required deposit

Do you offer special pricing to your corporate clients?

We know that planning a meeting or conference can be time consuming. We want to make it easier for you. Ask us about our Frequent Meeting Plan that provides added perks and benefits for you and your company.

What is your catering policy?

You must use a licensed caterer pre-approved by CityView. You will contact the caterer for an estimate for food.

What is your alcohol policy?

All alcohol is provided by CityView. Bars and Bartenders are provided based on your event specifications.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the client cancels the scheduled event 100% of the deposit is retained by CityView. If the client cancels the date and CityView is able to resell that date, the client will be refunded 90% of the deposit. If CityView cancels the event, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

What are your decorating restrictions?

No confetti, smoke or fog machines, bubbles or bubble machines, loose glitter, fresh flower petals on the floor, snow or tape on the floors or walls. All candles must be enclosed in glass containers. Open taper and column candles are ONLY permitted for the Unity Candle Ceremony. For sparkler send offs, the Client must provide extinguishing containers and one designated person to clean up and monitor use.

How early can my vendors and I have access to the setup?

If you select the Premium Package and rent the entire building, you will have access from 5 PM until 10 PM the day before your event. If you rent less than the entire building, you will have access 5 hours prior to your event. Earlier access may be requested, but it is not a guaranteed. Early access must be requested in writing by the client to CityView.

What is the Parking availability?

There are 26 parking spaces on the venue property. Additional parking is located next door at Sterling Square.

Can guests park overnight?

Yes, but guests must remove cars by 10 AM the next morning.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, there is easy access to the first floor and an elevator to the second floor.

Can we hang things in the building?

Hanging items from the walls and the ceiling must be approved prior the event by CityView.
